Before we talk about tech, we need to talk about the financials. We seem to be at the face of the cycle where we talk about banks we've never heard of before. One in Japan, another in New York. Commercial real estate is something that's been hanging over this market for a long, long time. Are we starting to see a little bit of a reality check on that side of things?
